Osmar Pelin is quality semi dry aromatic wine.
The beverage bears balanced, charmonic, slightly bitterly-sweet taste.
in the base of which is old wine mixed with more than 30 forest herbs and fruits.
The bouqet of forest herbs and fruits make Osmar Pelin a drink with a tonic and healing effect
well known to its lovers.
In oak barrels 5 tons each layers of fruits and grape are laid (where the name laid comes from) - fruits about 3 tons of apples, quines, herbs - and grape from the sorts - bolgar, dymiat and Hamburg Misket
until the barrel is full up to two thirds. The rest is filled with wine - red or white which will determine the color of pelin.
The grapes start to blow and this way make the beverage sparkling on a natural way.
The magical mixing of the fruits, herbs and wine follows for about 45 days.
And if it happen to be a cold white winter outside - pelin will become nothing else but elixir.
The natural pelin is a tennologic developement of the cellar, which allows the wine to get stabelized and bottled
so the wine could be kept and drunk yearly.
Old wine is mixed (coupaged) with extract by the same herbs and fruits made after several technologies and the grape.
